Sensor

PH | ORP

LEADTEC’s pH and ORP sensors are made with various technologies to perform in all kinds of conditions. With standard size such as 3/4 inch and PG 13.5 or 12 mm, our sensors can be an alternative to many brands. The sensors are also available in bulb type and flat type. Besides general applications, LEADTEC’s pH and ORP sensors are specially designed for :

  • High temperature & high alkalinity
  • Hydrofluoric acid resistant
  • Low ionic strength solutions
  • Electriferous water

COD | BOD | TOC | SAC254 | TURBIDITY

Leadtec Spectral Sensor uses UV absorption at 254 nm to measure organic compounds dissolved in water. This absorbance is correlated with the concentration of TOC, COD and BOD to provide a high performance probe requiring no consumables.
A reference measurement at 530 nm is used to compensate for the presence of particles in the sample that also absorb UV light and to establish the Turbidity parameter. The use of a state of the art high performance UV LED, combined with rigorous ignition management, offers an optimal variance of the signal.

DISSOLVED OXYGEN (DO)

These dissolved oxygen sensors can measure up to 40.00 ppm and as low as 0.1 ppb which is useful for power plant, boiler etc. DO sensor for high temperature application where operating temperature is up to 130oC is available for process such as fermentation. LEADTEC’s Optical DO sensor is ideal for long term continuous deployments with zero maintenance and minimal calibration drift. Type of sensors available:

  • Electrochemical sensor
  • Optical sensor

CONDUCTIVITY | RESISTIVITY | SALINITY | TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLID (TDS)

LEADTEC offers wide variety of sensors suited to each application differently. From ultrapure water to process water or high temperature application, the bodies of the sensors are constructed with versatile plastics such as ABS and POM while the electrodes have titanium and stainless-steel designs. Type of sensors available:

  • 2 electrode conductivity sensors, ideal for pure and ultrapure water
  • 4 electrode conductivity sensors, ideal for process water and surface water
  • Optical inductive sensor

FREE CHLORINE | OZONE

LEADTEC’s dependable free chlorine sensors feature two measurement technology:

  • Digital Amperometric 3-Electrode
  • Potentiostatic Electrode
Digital Amperometric 3-Electrode sensor is completed with integrated temperature sensor, with low maintenance, reagentless & highly reduced dependence on pH-value.

In potentiostatic measuring, the electrodes’ potential is electrically controlled in relation to the liquid, providing a linear current / concentration relationship and a very stable zero value.

TURBIDITY | SUSPENDED SOLIDS | SLUDGE BLANKET

LEADTEC Turbidity and Suspended Solids sensors' measuring principle is based on 90 deg IR Nephelometry light scatter.
Each sensor was designed in such a way to cover all ranges of reliable measurement, from ultrapure water to the industrial effluents,

  • 0.0001 to 100.00 NTU
  • 0.00 to 1,000 NTU
  • 0 to 4,000 NTU
  • 0 to 4,500 mg/L
  • 0 to 50,000 mg/L

ION SELECTIVE ELECTRODE (FLUORIDE)

An Ion Selective Electrode (ISE) measures the activity of the specific ion in the solution and convert it to analogue signal. LEADTEC features combination electrode design to measure ion concentration in ppm. Designed with a rugged body, the sensors are readily deployed into any process. The ISE can be placed directly into the sample without sample pre-treatment or destruction of the sample.
